When host clubs are making their budget for the incoming ambassadors, that budget should not include the per night participation fee that goes to FFI. The ambassador coordinator should, however, add the FFI fee to the host program fee when they are recruiting participants, so that the ambassadors know the total cost of participating. The ambassador club should then send the host program fee to the host club and the FFI fee to FFI 60 days prior to departure.
