How can I get an FFI fee refund if an ambassador needs to cancel a journey?

Please contact the staff member responsible for your journey and let the staff contact know the following details:

  • recipient (club/ treasurer/ ambassador)
  • recipient’s address for check refunds
  • recipient’s bank details for wire refunds
  • recipient’s credit card details for credit card refunds
A refund is only issued up to 60 days before the journey starts.
