Request to visit and be hosted by another club
If you would like to visit another club you can make a request through the journey assignment process that takes place each year. Once a year, your club president will be emailed a form to complete, listing the club’s destination preferences, suitable months for travel, and the number of ambassadors.
Popular destinations, such as countries in Europe, are in very high demand. Only a small percentage of clubs that request to visit Europe are allocated a journey there, simply because demand exceeds availability.
Throughout the year there are other opportunities for clubs to get a great outbound journey assignment. We keep a waitlist of clubs seeking a journey in case of any cancellations.
