I can’t log in – “reset password token invalid”. What do I do?

Are you getting the message “The Reset Password Token is invalid” when trying to log in to myFF?

The most common reason for this is an outdated browser. Please update your browser and try logging in again.

If you are trying to reset your password, you may be getting this message if the reset password link has expired. The link in the email expires 24 hours after you requested to change your password. If it has been more than 24 hours, please request a password change again and check your email inbox for the email with the new reset password link.

Please contact staff, if you have updated your browser and you still can’t log in.
