The staff contact for your journey can set up a Google form Ambassador Application for the journey you are leading as Ambassador Coordinator (AC).
The Google form Application is very easy to use:
- the AC gets a link from the journey staff contact
- the AC passes on the link to the applicants
- the applicants fill out the Ambassador Application online and submit
- every application is saved in pdf format
- every application is saved in a special folder that you as AC get access to
- It is often easier for applicants to answer questions and fill out details in an online form.
- The process is automated and you have all the applications in one place.
- You as AC can get notified whenever a new application has arrived in the folder.
