Request to host visitors from another club
There are two ways to request an inbound journey:
1) During the annual journey assignment process clubs are matched with each other for future journeys. Once a year, your club president will be emailed a form so they can list the club’s hosting preferences, suitable months, how many people can be hosted, and other pertinent information. The journey assignment process usually takes place at the end of each calendar year.
2) You can also contact us at any time to request an inbound journey for the current year.
