Why was my account rejected?

You received an email saying your myFF account was rejected by the club

When you created your myFF account, you chose your club from a list. A member of that club, known as the Club Administrator or “Club Admin” then received an email about your registration.

If they did not recognize you as a member of the club, they marked your account as ‘Rejected’.

If you believe the Club Admin made a mistake, please contact us at [email protected] and tell us the name of the club where you pay your FFI Membership Dues.
