Some clubs offer an “earned seat” discount for the Ambassador Coordinator: the club subsidizes some or all of the Journey cost to recognize the responsibility associated with leading a Journey. This policy should be outlined in the club’s bylaws.
An “earned seat” discount can include some or all of the following:
- travel costs to and from the host community
- travel and tour costs that are a required part of the Journey
- Host Club Program Fees
Additionally, FFI offers an Ambassador Coordinator Discount based on the number of participants that are recruited and the hosting capacity of the host club.
